Hartnell Hall is named as a reference to Doctor Who, of course. The exterior is based on Katherine Thomas Hall at UW Eau Claire, which was torn down not that long ago. In later appearances it will be represented by a photo of Katherine Thomas Hall with the name on the building altered.

I lived in that building for three years during college, and it’s weird that it’s gone.
