No ‘dead dog’ party?
Dead dog parties aren’t really a thing with most midwestern Anime cons.
I’ve been working cons for twenty years, and I’ve never worked a con that had one.
I’ve been to a few. They’re more common at the older scifi cons in the midwest, partly to finish off the booze from the con suite.
(We usually have a post-con staff dinner at a local restaurant once we’re done moving all the gear out of the hotel — but that’s it)
That counts!
