Eh 5 is the number I aimed for when I did my panel a few years ago. I was happy when I got 6 to attend at the start however I got more as the panel went on. But still 5 is a very go number to aim for.
Never could get that concept through heads at work. “We need another guy for nights.” ‘Well the HR manager interviewed someone this afternoon.’ “So? For every 10 people interviewed, 5 will show up for training, 2 for the first night, and 1 will show up a second night. No promises on how long they’ll last after that.”
UnCONventional is a comic that ran from December 2009 to December 2019 about the staff of a small town anime convention and their lives. This is a complete online archive of the comic.

I would sit atop a cactus for eight hours to get five new staff people.

What kind of cactus? Clothed or naked?
Bernhard
Aren’t cacti always naked?
