   For myself, I’d vote for the strong willed person. Yes, you might end up with a terrible convention with terrible ideas. Or you might end up with an awesome convention filled with awesome ideas. Depends on which ideas the person latches onto.
   But with a weak willed person, either they try to follow everyone’s conflicting ideas, and you get a log jam where nothing works, or you get compromise everywhere and a lukewarm result.
