If the comparison holds, This could be Jim’s last year running Unagi Con.
If the Unagi con staff all have “bad Jim” experiences and Jim putting too much time into his war with Lynn instead of maintaining power, he could well get voted out next time there is a vote. Especially if it is secret ballot. People don’t often want to rock the boat so Jim isn’t likely to face a coup. Unless things get worse.
